Couple of weird emergencies came up + school = late updating...
No kidding though. I set my kitchen on fire (totally an accident! Not my fault!), but there's a lot of stuff to clean up and my school work takes priority. I'll still get the page up this week, so no worries. Just a day or so late. :)
I wanna start off by thanking everyone for being patient. Austen and I have been working really hard at working better together since we're both so used to doing things our own way. This is also our first time having a writer (for me) and an artist (for him). Guess it was a little more complicated than we initially anticipated.
HOWEVER; We've come to an agreement (after a month, I know. We do apologize for that) so Updates will resume shortly.
Part of this new agreement however, is that the chapters are going to be written and drawn out in batches. For this to work out for the best, we started with a redux of chapter one. We'll be replacing the old pages with the new ones for consistency sake.
Updates will be as follows: Beginning next week, we'll be updating TUESDAY and THURSDAY. We're going to be replacing the old pages first, which is LAME, I know, but at two pages plus a week (I may toss in bonus pages if I have ample time which I probably will) we'll be caught up in NO TIME! :D
Yeah, so because of the end of the year closing, and moving that comes from living on campus, I have been so awfully busy that it's not even funny. In any case, I've taken this opportunity to do some storyboards for both Samrock and Par4, so I'm going to at least try to regain my weekly update rate again. Maybe twice a week depending on how much work I end up having to do. We shall see.
Sorry guys. I'm not gonna be able to update Par Four this week. I've got papers and projects up the wazoo right now and they really need my focus. We should be back on track next week though! :)
As the hours slowly tick away (for those not living in the Eastern Hemisphere) Christmas rolls around.
Cello/Ash is currently away right now celebrating with loved ones, while I do not. For those out there, we're giving you a special gift: an extra page this week.
That's all. We wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas this year. Don't get too drunk off of celebrations, and keep it down for one -- the neighbors are actually trying to get some sleep.
But, I also wanted to give everyone another gift. For those who have never had the pleasure of visiting or living in Japan, here's a short video I'd like you to present to you.
Note to Ash: See, like I said -- you can't help but fall asleep on those Tokyo trains. They're so damn comfortable!
Funny story. It involves a bottle of Gin, catching the last train, being 30 miles from home and sleeping under a Jungle Gym. But that's for another time. Only if I get requests for it shall I tell the story.
